Laying the Foundation

Ryan Castelli Homes was built on a solid foundation of strong family values and work ethic.  Owner, Ryan Castelli, started working in the family structural framing business as soon as he could carry a 2 x 4.  Learning how to build a house with his own two hands taught Ryan the valuable lesson of the specific details involved in constructing a home or renovation.   Ryan Castelli Homes not only oversees your dream project but understands specifics that go into the work.  

 

Building the House

Ryan understood that there are two fundamental ways to build yourself, one being on the job and the second being in the classroom.  This is why Ryan stepped away from the family framing business and attended McMaster University.  At the DeGroote School of Business Ryan graduated on the Dean's List with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree.   Ryan's business background and strong base in project management including budget, time and quality management skils, sets him apart from most other contractors. His constant communication and response time to clients are paramount to his success.

 

Designing the Interior

Early in his career, Ryan grew an appreciation for quality design and craftmanship.  Custom homes, which are built on each customers unique lifestyle, vision and needs, is what Ryan is passionate about.  Ryan therefore decided to work for one of the elite home buiders in the area where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on numerous multi-million dollar custom builds.   Ryan was responsible for being the laison between the customer, trades and suppliers.  The experience gained during his many years on some of the most complex home building  projects made him realize how important it is to ensure that every little detail that the customer wants is met.

 

Finishing the House 

In 2013, Ryan Castelli realized that he was armed with hands-on experience (Laying the Foundation), the Business School preperation (Building the House) and the Project Management skills (Designing the Interior) to excel on his own. It was time for him to branch out and form Ryan Castelli Homes. Ryan's experience, passion, integrity and solid understanding of what goes into completing a customer's dream is what makes Ryan Castelli Homes a top choice for your next custom renovation or build.
